Tokyo Forum Event 2027 — Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website or registering to attend the Tokyo Forum Event ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA ("Angel Aligner", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website or register for the Event.
About the Event
The Tokyo Forum Event is an in-person professional conference organised by Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA and held in Tokyo, Japan. The Event is designed for orthodontic and dental professionals across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to modify the Event programme, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time without prior notice.
Registration
3.1 To attend the Event, you must complete the online registration process and pay the applicable registration fee in full.
3.2 Registration is personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved by Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA in writing.
3.3 You must ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA accepts no liability for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the registrant.
3.4 Completion of registration does not guarantee attendance. Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion, including where the Event reaches capacity.
3.5 You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment. Please retain this for your records.
Ticket Tiers and Pricing
4.1 Multiple registration tiers are available for the Tokyo Forum Event, which include Early Bird and Standard rates. Each tier is subject to its own pricing, inclusions, availability period, and eligibility criteria as published on the Website.
4.2 Where registration fees are displayed in USD or another currency, these amounts are indicative only and based on exchange rates at the time of display. The final charge will be in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the rate applicable at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for any difference between the indicative and final amounts resulting from exchange rate movements.
4.3 All fees are exclusive of Japanese consumption tax (JCT). A consumption tax of 10% will be added to the final amount payable in Japanese Yen at the time of payment.
4.4 Early Bird and other time-limited pricing tiers are available only for the period specified on the Website. Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to close any pricing tier at any time without notice.
Payment
5.1 Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place at the Event.
5.2 We accept payment via the methods listed on the Website at the time of registration.
5.3 Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received and processed in full.
5.4 If a payment is declined or reversed, Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to anzevents@angelaligner.com.
6.2 The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the Event will receive a refund less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs.
No refunds will be available within 14 days of the Event. Registrations may only be transferred to a substitute delegate with the prior written approval of an authorised Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA event representative.
Refunds approved under the event's cancellation policy will be processed less any non-refundable payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs incurred at the time of registration.
6.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
6.4 Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA is not responsible for any losses arising from travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with your attendance.
6.5 Registration transfers to a substitute delegate may be approved at the sole discretion of Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to anzevents@angelaligner.com no later than fourteen (14) days before the Event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
7.1 Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or materially alter the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or force majeure events.
7.2 In the event of cancellation by Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA, registered attendees will be offered either a full refund of registration fees paid or a credit towards a future event, at the registrant's election.
7.3 In the event of postponement, registration fees will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Registrants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
7.4 Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA's liability in the event of cancellation or postponement is limited strictly to the registration fee paid. We accept no liability for travel, accommodation, visa, or other costs incurred by registrants.
Conduct at the Event
8.1 All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.
8.2 Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms.
8.3 Attendees must comply with all venue rules, Japanese laws and regulations, and any health and safety requirements in place at the time of the Event.
Photography, Recording, and Intellectual Property
9.1 General photography at the Event is permitted. However, certain presenters may request that their session content not be photographed or recorded. Where this is the case, the presenter will notify the audience at the commencement of their session and attendees must respect that request immediately.
9.2 Audio recording and video recording of any Event session are prohibited without the prior written consent of Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA and the relevant presenter.
9.3 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing prior to the Event.
9.4 All content presented at the Event, including presentations, materials, and intellectual property, remains the property of Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA or the respective presenter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any Event content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA's total liability to you in connection with the Event or these Terms is limited to the registration fee you paid.
10.2 Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or personal injury, arising in connection with the Event or your attendance.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this Website. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
Angel Aligner ANZ/SEA reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website or your registration following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
